Hajir is a forward-thinking leader with over 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in bringing strategic visions to life while keeping client needs and patient outcomes at the forefront. With a deep passion for innovation, Hajir excels in integrated CDMO and CRO solutions, ensuring the successful development, delivery, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products that address unmet patient needs. He brings a unique skill set by seamlessly combining expertise across asset development and manufacturing, clinical supply strategies, and clinical operations.

Hajir joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2018, taking on progressively senior roles across project management, program and portfolio delivery, business operations, and commercial strategy within Pharma Services and Clinical Research Groups. Most recently, he has played a solutions for clients within the Accelerator key role in developing strategic partnership models and designing bespoke integrated Drug Development framework.

Hajir holds a Master’s degree in Chemical & Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University in Canada and has authored published journal articles and patents in the field of targeted drug delivery systems.
