With over 35 years of global leadership in the medical device industry, as CEO, COO, and Executive Chairman, Dr. Jean-Luc G. Boulnois has developed several early-stage companies in multiple medical specialties, cardiovascular,
general surgery, urology, neurosurgery, participated in an Initial Public Offering, and led several mergers,
acquisitions, licensing transactions, and numerous financing rounds.

Dr. Boulnois currently is the CEO of Quadrature Inc., a Boston-based strategic advisory firm, and, as an experienced Board Director, he serves on several US and European boards, having served in the past on the Princeton University
Aerospace Engineering Department Advisory Council.

For over twenty years, Dr. Boulnois has also been an Adjunct Professor at the Arthur M. Blank Center for
Entrepreneurship at Babson College, and in 2022 he held the Chair of Entrepreneurship at Woxsen University in
Hyderabad, India.

Dr. Boulnois is co-author of 6 books and more than 45 peer-reviewed scientific articles with one article registering
more than 700 citations. His educational achievements include an M.Sc. from Paris University, an MBA from HEC in
Paris, and Ph.D. from Princeton University.
Dr. Boulnois is bi-national American and French and has lived for 38 years in the United States.
