Jihoon (Jay) Park, PhD, is a Managing Partner at Linkorus, LLC, where he leverages his extensive science and biotech industry expertise to help Korean biotech companies successfully enter the U.S. market by securing strategic and financial partnerships. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Chungnam National University in Korea and completed postdoctoral research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) specializing in cancer biology and cell metabolism.

Dr. Park co-founded a Maryland-based biotech startup in 2018 focused on immune cell therapies. As COO and VP of Finance, he led the company through significant milestones, including securing grants, raising $15 million in funding, obtaining IND clearance of GCT, and ultimately merging with a NASDAQ-listed company. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing workforce management, key milestone achievements, investor relations, and financial operations.

Demonstrating his commitment to community and professional service, Dr. Park has served as President of the Korean American Professional Association in Life Sciences (KAPAL) since March 2024. His blend of scientific expertise, entrepreneurial success, and dedication to fostering international collaborations makes him a key player in the biotech industry.
