Anthony Renodon

Anthony Renodon joined Flagship Pioneering in 2026 as Associate Director of Business Development, where he focuses on advancing strategic partnerships across Flagship’s portfolio of NewCos. He brings a deep passion for early-stage platform technologies and the strategic dealmaking that turns them into medicines.

Prior to Flagship, Anthony spent five years at TreeFrog Therapeutics, where he joined as the company’s first U.S. employee and built the business development function from the ground up. He co-led the company’s landmark exclusive licensing agreement with Vertex Pharmaceuticals — valued at over $780M in upfront payments, equity, milestones, and tiered royalties — and advanced a broad portfolio of platform R&D collaborations across multiple therapeutic areas with top-10 global pharma partners. Earlier in his career, he advised French biotech companies on U.S. market entry at Business France and contributed to the global expansion of the BioLabs incubator network.

Anthony holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering from Sup’Biotech Paris. His connection to Boston’s biotech ecosystem began early — he first came to the city as a gold medal winner at the iGEM International Synthetic Biology Competition at MIT.
